1. Refund Eligibility and Time Window
Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund within this window, you must demonstrate that a feature or service is not working as described or agreed at the time the contract was initiated. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process any refund request.
2. Reasons That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
The following do not, on their own, entitle you to a refund:
- A change of mind after purchase.
- Simply no longer wanting the service.
- Wanting to switch to another service provider.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp to confirm receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued as a crossed cheque made out in your name.
4. Exchanges and Transfers
Service contracts under this policy are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5. Cancellation and Uninstallation Charges
